Something's gotta be done. It's fucking out of control. What's the matter with MLB? Between them and the NFL it's like they are deliberately trying to lose their fan base. And enough with these minor insignificant rule changes that save you 3 minutes so that a 3 hour 33 minute game only lasts 3 hours and 30 minutes. Do something significant. Here's a start...one pitching change an inning and stick to it!

For mid-inning pitching changes, no warm up pitches from the mound.  They should be ready to go straight from the bullpen.  Also, relievers must face minimum two batters to help eliminate this right-lefty crap.  Also, unless someone gets hurt, there should be a maximum number of pitchers per game with ability to add to that maximum for extra innings.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. We will soon reach a point where a team will carry more pitchers on its roster than they will position players (if it hasn't already happened). I'm not one to root for injury, but I think what it's going to take is some star (like maybe an Anthony Rizzo, who everyone thought it was so "cool" that he pitched) to blow his arm out pitching because the team is trying to "save the bullpen".

Make it 3 batters - every pitcher has to pitch to at least 3 batters, plus, once the batter enters into the batters box to start his at-bat, he cannot leave the box unless he hits the ball. No getting out to fix their gloves, or shift their cup, or adjust the armor they wear - unless they hit a foul ball, or have to run to first, they have to keep one foot in the box, and the pitcher has to pitch within 20 sec with no one on base, 30 seconds with man on base (or make a play on a runner).
