I have believed Barr, Pompeio, and Pence to be as deep and criminally liable from day 1. This should surprise nobody.

Was hard to know exactly when they became involved based on what we knew for sure when we heard about the first whistle blower complaint. At that time, the three of them were flying around, as was Giuliani, but didn't know if it was damage control after the fact. Some have suggested that when Kamala Harris asked Barr if Trump had asked him to investigate anyo'ne and he was trying to choose his words that this may have been what he was thinking about.
So the new talking point is that "abuse of power isn't a crime"?

Great. Let them take that stand and die on that hill. 70% of the American people are smarter than that. Plus, impeachment isn't a legal process. It's a political process. It needn't adhere to legal standards of what is a crime and what isn't, which I know that you already know.

Yes, but the people who buy into Trump being the most abused president in our history...he's just a hard working guy who wants to see our country at our best...those people couldn't care less whether it's a legal process or congressional, as long as their grifter isn't impeached.

Can you believe how low and embarrassing they are willing to go? The nation is laughing at them. Gaetz and Jordan appear to me to have no limits to how far they'll bend over for Trump.

And then now we have Bill Barr opening an investigation into its own Russia investigation for having dared to investigate the Russian incursion into our elections in 2016. This shit just can't go low enough.

He had already opened an investigation into what led to opening the investigation during the 2016 campaign. The news that broke yesterday is that they're now opening a CRIMINAL investigation. Just watched the rerun Lawrence O'Donnell, and they were speculating what kind of action could possibly rise to criminality. They couldn't think of anything except maybe a perjury charge.
