I kind of wonder if pitch counts will be an issue for him. Even with his tremendous control, it takes him 5-6 pitches to get through every single hitter. I suppose this is a common thing for high K-ratio pitchers. I assume he'll be staring at 100 pitches typically after about 6 innings pitched, which I guess would be a huge win for Dylan Cease, who's at 100 pitches in the 4th or 5th.

He'll be on pitch counts for awhile as he is still recovering from TJ, as well as missing last season, but it's hard to keep high strikeout pitchers on a strict pitch count.
