Maybe. He can't have much confidence in the re-election to await his pardon. However, this will likely move at a snail's pace and remain an open case until well after the election. Nobody of consequence ever flips on Trump, so I'd not expect it this time, either. the only people that flip on him and folks who have bad things to say, but have nothing they can do to prove any of the allegations they make.
