    Nice to see such a great game out of Lopez today.  I don't understand the guy.  His stuff is tremendous but sometimes he just gets hammered and other days they can't figure him out.  It's baffling to see him on his bad days when they seem to know his offspeed is coming and on days like today when he's just throwing it past them.  I wish I could get a handle on this guy.  Why does his 97 mph blow guys away some days and on other days they smack the shit out of it?  

    Slider today was "holy shit" good.
