    sounds like Farquar had an aneurysm on the field yesterday?  Or at the game?  News says he's in critical but stable condition.

    Aneurysm. They said that he developed a sudden headache while pitching then went unconscious.

    Hope the kid pulls through ok. Very lucky it happened with lots of people around including medics.

    Bad news ...the fact that he is supposedly awake is a good sign ....they will likely have to close the aneurysm, probable with a coil with a catheter ...hope he pulls thru, but doubt he'll be playing again.

    I was talking about him with a woman at Mass yesterday morning...big Sox fan. She said "He's in good hands. His doctor was my doctor."
