    For those of you out of town some Sox news today. WGN-AM is now the radio home of the White Sox. Announced today takes effect immediately. First game is a pre-season next week. Same announcing crew. 


    Sox suddenly found themselves caught in a bankruptcy at WLS-AM. Company who owns them declared bankruptcy and tossed the Bulls and the Sox. So now the Sox and the Hawks will both be heard on WGN-AM. Who woulda thought !

    Yep!  WLS sucked.  Signal was weak and awful at night.  WGN is great.

    Even I will be able to listen to them in the evening....seems tho this is another example of the world being about 180 degrees from what is should be ..

    Isn't WLS the station that airs Steve Dahl and the right wing radio shows?  They've been around forever, so I wouldn't think they'd go away, but are there any repercussions for those shows?

    Steve has a great deal with WLS that includes, I believe, a piece of his podcast. The other crap, I have no idea why anyone would listen.
