I'm sure if you are on Twitter, you will find a snippet of his reaction to a former NY correctional officer daring to tell him that the jury yesterday made the correct decision. His laugh is described as "maniacal".

I have been entertained by Fox taking the position that the jury was afraid to acquit, and then watching almost every conservative I know reflexively begin parroting this same exact claim. One told me on FB that after the Patriot party takes control in 2022, the conviction will be overturned...as if a Repub majority would be able to just let him out of prison and erase his conviction.
Meanwhile, the prosecution made it functionally impossible to acquit him. The only question, ever, was whether he'd be guilty or there'd be a 11-1 or 10-2 hung jury. if that'd happened, a new trial would have begun a week later or so.
