    Comedy legend.  Best in Show was genius.  "He went after her like she was made outta ham."

    Just read in one of his obituaries. The ENTIRE dialogue of Best in Show was improvised.  NO SCRIPT.   Amazing 


    One of my faves from his days on Fernwood Tonight - which if you younger folks never saw those shows -  they are on Youtube

    Loved him playing Jerry in Fernwood 2-night.  Martin Mull was great, too.  I remembered the episode when they brought on the Jew.  The caller calls in and while talking to Barth (Mull) asks if she is speaking to the Jew and he's taken aback, "no, no,no, no way".
