The judge in this trial is pretty ridiculous. I'm not an attorney, but for the life of me I've never heard of a judge proactively telling the prosecution that they need to call a specific witness to prove their case. Or telling them that they can't use a word (oligarch). I mean, if the defense objected to the use of the word, and judge sustained, that's one thing, but it seems to me that a judge is out of line to issue such a directive.
