HomeI don't follow college baseball closely, but I do read Baseball America which does cover it a great deal, but when thecSox drafted Madrigal first overall, I assumed he was a SS. In fact, I could have sworn it said SS by his name when the pick was announced. I have been watching the World Series and am a little disappointed the Sox drafted a 2b who is a foot shorter than his teammates. And before anyone reminds me of Altuve, let me remind you that there have been a lot more Chris Snopeks than Jose altuves. BTW - the dude has made a bunch of errors in this WS.

I thought I heard that he was the best hitter in the draft.
