Sounds like in Moore's case, the 14 yr old has told several friends about it since the day it happened. Not sure if Franken's accusers told friends about it or not. Accusations of sloppy kisses and an ass-touch during a quick photo at the county fair is hard for me to get worked up about. Grossed out? Yes.
This kind of takes me to the convo I was having with Blondy here last week. I don't particularly buy the idea that Franken did something wrong, aside from the photo. I won't assert he's innocent, but I *suspect* he is. Similarly, I don't assert Trump is a rapist, but I very much suspect that he is.
This Franks story from AZ is just weird. Was he asking if he could pork these chicks and impregnate them as surrogates? Or did he just ask if they'd be impregnated by a needle at the doc's office? I'd think the latter MIGHT be an ok to ask a woman, but maybe I'm just a dumb ass. I'll ask Kark and report back to you.
Earlier this week I was listening to WGN and they were interviewing the editor of some Alabama newspaper, and he said the Moore accusations have been well sources and researched. He said that, for example, if accusers said that Moore hit on them at the courthouse on XYZ date, they were able to verify that Moore was, in fact, in the courthouse on that date. At the very least, this certainly substantiates interaction of some kind on the date(s) the reported events took place. That's pretty compelling.
In terms of the goofball from Arizona, even if he was asking that the women to go through IVF, I would think that's still an ethical violation in that they could have felt that their jobs were at risk if they declined.
