    Dennis Edwards, the great singer who took over for david Ruffin in '68 for the temptations, died over the weekend..  Arguably the best of the lead singers, with Eddie Kendricks, but certainly the one who sang on more hits than any other singer - my favorite Ball of Confusion.

    My dad had us listening to "Clear Reflections Oldies with Peter Dean" on the old WCLR every Saturday night when we were growing up.
